Personally, I've never really seen the appeal of streaking. It's probably cold, you're likely to end up in jail and there's a possibility that you could get some parts caught on something.
Especially, if like this guy, you've got to jump over a fence to get away. This guy also chose to wear a headcam for some reason, so we get treated to him scaring the crap out of some children as he hurtles towards him with all his nakedness.
