If you weren't watching Channel 4's How to win the Grand National documentary last night then you really need to get your life in order. It was one of the best sports docs I've seen in a long long time.
You can watch it on 4OD here but in the meantime here's a clip from the show, featuring a horse's jump over a car slowed down so that we can see exactly what it does to get such a huge leap. Not how his back legs are nearly in line with his front as it leaves the ground.
