If you watched the Divisional Championship playoff between the San Diego Chargers and the Denver Broncos, you may have heard Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning referring to a certain word once or twice.
Manning's love for the word 'Omaha' saw him repeat it 44 times against the Chargers, which led to the question,'what the hell does it mean?'
Luckily Peyton has explained the meaning of the word, finally giving us all some definite closure, kinda.
So if you didn't quite catch that it's "a run play, but it could be a pass pass play, or a play action pass depending on the wind, which way they're playing that quarter, and the jersey that they're wearing."
Thanks Peyton.
If you were watching the game but missed all those 'Omaha' calls, here's a second look.
