Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is a either a business genius or just very lucky.
Just a week before the state of Colorado voted to legalise marijuana for recreational use he invested in 21 Papa John's pizza restaurants.
Manning said:
It's a smart investment now and will be long after I'm done playing football
Although we're sure that Peyton's investment in pizza restaurants in what is to become the munchies capital of America was purely a coincidence.
He's already a very rich man having played 14 seasons with the Indianapolis Colts and just this season signed a 5 year $96 million dollar contract with the Denver Broncos.
Manning has appeared in several Papa Johns commercials previously.
