93,200,000 pounds.
It's the GDP of some small countries and it's the sum total of Paul Pogba's earnings at Manchester United. A lot of Manchester United fans are wondering what £93.2m gets you these days, after United slumped to a dispiriting 1-1 draw against lowly 10-man Bournemouth at Old Trafford this afternoon. Whereas the likes of Fellaini and Rooney have borne the brunt of United fans' ire this season, Man United fans today rounded on the world's richest footballer after United continued their incredible quest for sixth place.
The standard of Pogba's performances this season has been hotly debated this year but there is no doubting that Pogba was especially terrible today, namely in the second half as United plodded forward for a winner. In the helter skelter last five minutes, Pogba had three gilt-edged chances which he ignobly spurned (with this the most galling miss). With Zlatan on an off day, United needed a player to do something all the pundits love - grab the game by the scruff of the neck, put his stamp on the game, etc. It wasn't that Pogba shrunk from the game, it's just that his efforts were so bad.
It's just another frustrating home draw for United against mediocre opposition (Burnley, Stoke etc) and many United fans on Twitter sounded despondent with their 93 million pound man at the fulltime whistle.
Pogba rubbish, Zlatan rubbish. As we're the team. Just not good enough. Another home game down too. #matchdaymac #munbou

Absolutely shocking from Pogba. Inability to make the correct decision and produce when it matters is off the charts. #MUFC

United fans on here rave about Pogba but 80% of the time he's been poor this season. Not influenced one big game. Headless chicken too often
