I'm in two minds this morning, I'm half thinking that Lance Livestrong's reaction to the Landis allegations was so predictable it made the whole story boring, alas the other half thought up the wonderful headline - Outlandis.(say it in a Sean Connery accent)
Poor Old Lance, no one likes a modern American hero more than me, but as soon as someone is put on a perch its up to the paid members of the press to find a way to knock them right off it.
Armstrong, most famous for dating All I Wanna Do is have some fun's Cheryl Crowe hit back yesterday with
"I have nothing to hide," Armstrong said ahead of the fifth stage of the Tour of California. "I think history speaks for itself here.
I'd say I am a little surprised but I am not," he said, adding: "It's our word against his word. I like our word. We like our credibility. Floyd lost his credibility a long time ago."
He didn't have a great day yesterday all in all did Lance, but he's been through worse and will livestrong to fight another day.
