Day two of the Cheltenham festival and we've been busy grading the performances of tipsters in the Irish papers and radio yesterday. It was a tough day to be fair, considering many favourites didn't live up to expectation but it's days like that that see the cream rise to the top.
The leader of our tipsters table after Day One is Peter O'Hehir of the Irish Daily Mirror, who tipped 10/1 Holywell, along with Vautour and Quevega. He was the only one of the 21 tipsters we featured who picked three winners, with two of his other choices finishing in the places.
Here are the top five tipsters from Day One, along with their win rate and whether their choices at least made it into the places. Honourable mention also goes to John Duggan of Today FM who backed a few decently priced each way horses.

DAY TWO PICKS
For those at the bottom of the class, they have plenty of opportunities to make up for it today with many races wide open. Even the tipsters can't agree on who to pick in the 3.20 or for the rest of the card for that matter.
Faugheen and Red Sherlock are both highly favoured in the 1.30 while Morning Assembly is cautiously backed at a decent price in the 2.40. Aside from those two races, everything else seems impossible to predict.
