Offaly welcome Cork to Tullamore on Sunday as both sides look to improve their fortunes in this year's Allianz Hurling League. Here's all you need to know about Offaly v Cork.

Offaly will see this game as a pivotal one if they are to ward off any relegation concerns as they sit bottom of Division 1A with a singular point to show for their efforts. The Faithful County have yet to register a win in this years campaign. They began their campaign with a crushing defeat at home to Waterford but delivered an improved performance to take a point out of Wexford, before being outclassed in the final quarter last time out against Kilkenny in Nowlan Park.

Cork have not faired much better although do sit just above Offaly in the table with 2 points. Depending on other results, a win could see them climb up the table so they will be determined to get their league campaign on track. However, they were able to snatch a first victory of the campaign versus Waterford in their last game, with Jack O'Connor being the pick of the bunch. This was after an opening day loss to Clare before losing out to Kilkenny in a tight affair.
