Nivea for Men Ireland v USA Competition Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The competition is open to residents of Republic of Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Beiersdorf Ltd and Balls MediaLtd their agents or families or anyone else connected with the promotion.
2. Closing date for competition entries is outlined at the bottom of each post.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person will be eligible to win a prize.
5. The winners will be selected by an independent judge.
6. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The prizes will include:
- 2 final winners will receive 3 Corporate level tickets each
- 1 final runner-up will receive 3 Premium level tickets
- 2 Semi-Final 1 entrants will win 2 Premium-Level tickets each
- 2 Semi-Final 2 entrants will win 2 Premium-Level tickets each
- Two twitter competition winners will win 2 pairs of tickets each
- All tickets are to the Republic of Ireland versus USA game at the Aviva Stadium on the 18th November 2014.
8. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event of circumstances beyond their control.
9. Winners will be contacted by phone or email only and will be required to confirm their postal address within 24 hours of being notified. The promoter reserves the right to choose a new winner should we not receive the address within 24 hours of announcing the winner.
10. The prize delivery arrangements will be conducted by phone.
11. Winners will receive their prizes within 3-5 working days from confirmation of their address.
12. The winners may be required to take part in publicity.
13. All entries and the rights to publish, edit and/or distribute them become the property of Beiersdorf Ltd.
14. The names of winners can be obtained by sending a SAE to Beiersdorf UK Ltd, Birmingham, B37 7YS after 2 months of the final closing date.
