The news of Keita's signing will come as a boost to both Liverpool and Leipzig. The Premier League side guarantee the signing of a top target, with RB can keep a star player for another year.
Last season, the 22-year-old scored eight goals from midfield. He joined the Bundesliga side from sister-club Red Bull Salzburg last summer after impressing in Austria.
The Guinean will play in the Champions League this season with the German side, after the team's impressive debut season in the Bundesliga last season.
