Augie Garrido is the manager of Texas Longhorns, a college team in the US. You won't need to have a watched a second of baseball in your life to appreciate his angst-ridden, bourbon-soaked, expletive-drowned wisdom. Garrido is insane. Slacker director Richard Linklater made a documentary about him a few years back, which is where I'm guessing this footage came from.
