Seattle have the biggest home advantage in the NFL. The crowd is so loud that it can prevent the opposition quarterback from communicating with his fellow offensive players.
Last night as they crushed the 49ers, 29-3, the CenturyLink Stadium crowd attempted to break the record for loudest crowd roar ever. They beat the record, previously held by Galatasaray with 131.76 decibels, twice during the game. In the first quarter they hit 131.9 to set the new record and then beat that in the fourth quarter by hitting 136.6 decibels.
