Liverpool remain one of the most widely supported clubs in Ireland.
Just as when Manchester United played in Dublin earlier this week, the fans turned out in force at the Aviva Stadium to see their heroes up close and in the flesh.
Jurgen Klopp's side end their pre-season campaign on front of their Irish fans, and those in attendance in Dublin, welcomed the team as if they were on home soil at Anfield.
Before every game at home, You'll Never Walk Alone is played, and those in Dublin might as well have been in Anfield, with a loud and passionate rendition of the classic.

The players even had to wait for those in the crowd to finish the song, such was its volume. Not often will Irish fans get to sing the song on home soil, but when they do, they will give it their all.
It's easy to see why Irish fans are so valued by the likes of Liverpool and Manchester United.
