We've enjoyed the week pondering the greatness of Kevin Kilbane but it seems the man's genius has not stopped now that he's hung up his clogs. The recently-retired Killer popped in to the bookies this afternoon to put £50 on Honest Strike, a horse he owns with Stephen Hunt and John O'Shea. He was kind enough to tweet the world about it.
In the bookies and ready for the 3.30 at Lingfield. Come on Honest Strike. Hope it's not a disaster!!????

This is the second time in his brief Twitter career that Kevin Kilbane has predicted the outcome of a future sporting event. As Mark O'Brien reminded us, Kilbane's second tweet was a prediction of the Everton-Spurs scoreline.
Working for @bbc5live with @conormcnamaraie at Goodison Park for Everton/Tottenham game.Fancy Everton 2-1.
