Diumar Bueno realised his brakes had failed as he came off the longest straight in a practise session for the Formula truck series in Brazil. He went into the grass in an effort to slow the truck down but that failed and his truck flew into the barriers and into a fifty foot fall. Bueno suffered two broken legs, a broken arm and a cut tongue. It's a miricle he survived.
