Italy are sitting two points ahead of Ireland in the Group F standings and are yet to lose a game during the campaign. In their last outting Sweden drew 1-1 with the group leaders while the week before Italy beat Luxembourg 3-0.
The Italians will be encouraged by their performance over Ireland at Tallaght Stadium back in March where strikes from Lorenzo Lucca and Matteo Cancellieri sealed a vital three points.
Ast0n Villa's Tyreik Wright has been in impressive form for the U21s and speaking after last week's win over Montenegro, the winger expressed his excitement ahead of the clash against Italy.
"It's a massive three points for us. I can't wait for the Italy game. Honestly, I can't wait. They done us in our own backyard, so we'll be looking to do them in their backyard"
