My Nascar knowledge is admittedly a bit sketchy but what I got from this interview was that driver Mike Stefanik was hit by another driver and had to withdraw. He was not happy about it.

While Stefanik may not want to say anything that will get him in trouble his red faced expression certainly indicates his feelings.
