Get ready, football fans! On Saturday, December 7th, The Bernard Shaw in Dublin will be transformed into the ultimate destination for Premier League enthusiasts as Guinness launches its exciting new campaign, "Guinness Time."
This event promises a day filled with thrilling football action, live music, and delicious food.
Star-Studded Line-Up
Iconic UK hip-hop act The Streets will headline the event with a live performance in an intimate setting, ensuring an unforgettable experience for attendees.
Mike Skinner of The Streets expressed his enthusiasm, saying,
George Bernard Shaw said that all great truths begin as blasphemies. I don’t think it’s blasphemous to say that apparently there’s 300,000,000 bubbles in every pint of Guinness, which is a lot. Apparently only 300 people can get into this upcoming gig in Dublin, which is not a lot. We’ll see you at the Bernard Shaw, let’s make sure the craic is 90.
Dublin's DJ Mango will also be spinning tunes to keep the energy high throughout the day.
At the same time, the Art of Football exhibition will take place. It's a curated showcase featuring five talented Irish artists will celebrate iconic moments in football history, adding an artistic flair to the event.
Delicious Game-Day Offerings
There'll also be plenty of great food as gourmet pie-provider Willy’s Pies will serve a special Beef Shin & Guinness pie, perfect for fans looking to indulge while watching the matches.
You can also explore a pop-up market by 35 Vintage, where fans can find unique football kits and memorabilia.
A Community Celebration
Hosted by former League of Ireland player Vanessa Ogbonna, the Guinness Time launch event will bring together fans to celebrate the communal spirit of football.
Ogbonna will guide attendees through the day’s festivities, fostering connections among supporters.
Whether it's enjoying a pre-game pint or engaging in passionate discussions about the matches, this event is set to strengthen the bonds within the football community.
- Tickets: Available from 12pm on Friday, November 29, at https://www.guinness.com/en-ie/guinness-time.
