George Hook was the guest speaker at the pre match lunch at yesterdays Young Munster v St.Marys game. Nothing particularly newsworthy about that. I am sure George has given many a similar speech over the years.Everything was going to routine until he dropped this little nugget.

In George's defence, his attempt at a humourous comment might have been lost in translation. However, it is clear that some people were offended by his remarks.
This serves once again as an example for people, that in the age of social media nothing is off the record.
