Frankie’s Lock of The Week: New England Patriots -4.5 @ 10/11 (General)

The Patriots comfortably took care of business for us against the Houston Texans on Monday night and they should have more than enough to cover the spread when the San Francisco 49ers roll into Foxboro on Sunday.

In week two the Patriots lost at home to the Arizona Cardinals and followed that with a road defeat to the Baltimore Ravens. Since those two defeats New England have looked unstoppable and are averaging 18.2 points PER HALF - Arizona are now just averaging 14.3 points per game.

This team has come on leaps and bounds since the early weeks and it's no wonder they are now clear favourites for the Super Bowl.

The 49ers are going to try and do what the Texans failed to do. They will look to get a solid running game going and try to put a lot of pressure on Tom Brady with a strong pass rush – it's not going to happen.

Stick with the Patriots.

Frankie’s Underdog of the Week: Indianapolis Colts @ 7/2 (Paddy Power)

The Houston Texans were 11-1 before Monday's defeat to the Patriots and they could easily go to 11-3 after Sunday night if they are not careful.

The Colts are on a roll at the moment and racked up their third straight win with a 27-23 win over the Tennessee Titans last Sunday.

Over the last month Houston have struggled and this is shown by them going 1-3 ATS. Of course it would be a huge shock if the Colts could pull off a win in Houston, but they should at least make it interesting.

Frankie’s Team to Avoid: Chicago Bears @ 5/4 (BlueSQ)

The Green Bay Packers visit Soldier Field on Sunday and I'd be very worried if I were a Bears fan.

Chicago have lost four of their last five games and their grip on the NFC North lead has quickly disappeared.

Winning on Sunday would help get their season back into gear, but that's easier said than done – avoid.
