Around this time last year Tebowing became a phenomenon. Tim Tebow, then quarterback of the Denver Broncos knelt down on one knee, rested his elbow on his knee and his forehead on his fist and prayed quietly to himself. People across the internet began posting pictures of themselves copying the pose in varying locations around the world.
This year, the new quarterback of the Washington Redskins Robert Griffin III or RG3 as he is more commonly know has given us Griffining. After he threw his first touchdown pass to Pierre Garcon on Sunday, he sat on the turf and raised his hands to the air in celebration and so was born Griffining.
