'Shoes off for the boys in green' has not traversed the Atlantic apparently. Once it does then, and only then, will the Irish race have truly arrived.
They seem to be more interested in the position of the shoes than they do the 'Up the 'Ra' chants. Michael Noonan may also wish to promote this video as evidence that the Irish economy is turning around.
