Chelsea are in hot pursuit of Moussa Dembele this Transfer Deadline Day. Their latest offer was reported to be in the region of £34 million.
Celtic are staring at them arms folded and saying £40 million or nada. We'll keep you updated on our Transfer Deadline Day liveblog as things develop.
Either way, it's not bad for a striker who they bought from Fulham for £500,000. In the meantime, Chelsea are also said to be after the goalkeeper Craig Gordon.
As BBC Scotland's Tom English said last night, it's a tribute to the manner in which Celtic Football Club is being run. The spirit of Fergus McCann remains firmly in place.
Chelsea after Gordon and now, potentially, Dembele as well. Whether they stay or go it shows that Celtic's a brilliantly run club

Chris Sutton, the Rangers baiter-in-chief, isn't inclined to play down Celtic's extraordinary superiority vis a vis the rest of Scotland.
He is philosophical about the possibility of Craig Gordon leaving the club. In fact, he believes that if all the Celtic goalkeepers left or were struck down with a mysterious illness, they could play without a goalkeeper and still win.
Nice smirk here.
"#Celtic could play without a goalkeeper for the rest of the season and still win the league!"
