The PRO12 has formally charged Bundee Aki with misconduct following his comments to referee Ian Davies during Connacht's defeat to Leinster two weekends ago.
The Kiwi centre is set to attend a disciplinary hearing in Cardiff via video link tomorrow. This hearing will see Aki speak with the PRO12's Disciplinary chairman Roger Morris and his fellow Welsh PRO12 official Simon Thomas.
If referee Davies' complaint is upheld, Aki could face a fine or suspension for his actions.
Aki was reprimanded by the referee on more than one occasion during Connachts' PRO12 fixture with Leinster for vocally protesting decisions and showing dissent.

Aki reportedly refused to shake hands with Davies following the game.
During Connacht's defeat, the 27-year-old drew the ire of the referee on a number of occasions, with Davies asking Connacht captain John Muldoon that he 'turn the volume down' on his centre. Muldoon replied: "He's been good," to which Davies retorted: "He's got a bit loud now, so turn him down."
