Brock Lesnar is one of the most well known WWE Superstars currently on the organisation's roster, but with his contract running out and rumours of a fight with Vince McMahon dominating social media, will he be appearing in the squared circle for much longer?
A rumour emerged this weekend about a discussion that involved Lesnar, and Vince McMahon, which is supposed to have initially started cordially before getting heated, and culminating in the massive wrestler from Minnesota storming out of the building.
Sources who claimed to be backstage at Raw claimed that those who overheard the argument were worried for McMahon's safety, such was the degree of disagreement between the two.
Then, as if to add fuel to the fire, Brock Lesnar showed up ringside at UFC 184 to watch Ronda Rousey completely dominate her opponent. One of the main rumours surrounding Lesnar's WWE future is his apparent desire to re-join the UFC, and this photo of him in conversation with Dana White was not something the WWE will have wanted to see:
When asked about a possible Brock Lesnar return, UFC president Dana White refused to be drawn in:
Apparently Brock Lesnar is a UFC fan, and he was in town and wanted to come see the fight tonight,. He’s under contract with the WWE, and when his contract is up, I’m sure he’ll call me.
So what do we really know about Brock Lensar's immediate future? Not much. This entire situation will most likely result in one of three ways:
1) This is all a storyline for the WWE before Brock signs a new contract.
2) This is purely Brock Lesnar posturing for a better WWE contract.
3) Brock is not happy and will re-join the UFC as soon as he can.
It seems at the moment that the most likely scenario is #2, but that could change there is any more light shed on the potential feud between Lesnar and McMahon, or if we find out why Brock was a no show at last week's WWE Raw.
