Liverpool ended their pre-season campaign with a 3-1 win over Athletic Bilbao in Dublin.
On front of a passionate support of Irish fans, Jurgen Klopp played a strong team despite the absences of Adam Lallana, Philippe Coutinho, Daniel Sturridge and Jordan Henderson.
One player who stood out for Klopp's side was Ben Woodburn. The Welsh underage international scored the side's second goal. It was his second goal of an impressive pre-season campaign.
The youngest player in Jurgen Klopp's squad this season, Woodburn's goal came from a pass on the right-wing from Dominic Solanke.
The 17-year-old's first touch fooled Bilbao defenders Eneko Boveda and Mikel San José before his shot easily flew past Kepa Arrizabalaga.
With Coutinho being constantly linked with a move away from Anfield, the future looks bright with the likes of Woodburn and Solanke (who also scored) leading the line in years to come.
