Some of these feats are mind bogglingly insane. Are all of these real? Maybe not. But jaw dropping shock and excitement should override the skepticism in this case. It is hard to pick out the best would but the person being thrown to the water from that giant inflatable mattress is pretty cool. Although I am a sucker for people jumping over cars. So many choices.
