Paul McShane was back in the Hull City team today after he and his manager Steve Bruce kissed and made up following a recent falling out.
Although the club's longest serving player was on the losing side, McShane was probably one of the best players on the pitch today. After the match, Bruce was full of praise.
Bruce on McShane: "Have to say he played very, very well... for me, it's forgotten about, he's apologised. Never lets you down."

Bruce: "The problem he's got, Paul, is that he wants to play week in and week out and I don't pick him week in and week out."

To be honest I think Jonathan Pearce may have revealed McShane's real problem; the fact that he's actually 36.
