AJ Lee decided to jump on Stephanie McMahon's #UseYourVoice hashtag to call her out over the pay WWE Divas receive from the company.
McMahon had tweeted in response to Patricia Arquette's Oscars speech but probably wasn't expecting to Lee to use the opportunity to voice her own concerns:
Thank You @PattyArquette for having the courage to fight for #WomensRights on such a grand platform. #UseYourVoice pic.twitter.com/q71acxMExU

#UseYourVoice is exactly what the former Divas champ did, as she highlighted the pay situation within the McMahon company:
@StephMcMahon Your female wrestlers have record selling merchandise & have starred in the highest rated segment of the show several times, — A.J. (@WWEAJLee) February 25, 2015
@StephMcMahon And yet they receive a fraction of the wages & screen time of the majority of the male roster. #UseYourVoice — A.J. (@WWEAJLee) February 25, 2015
To be fair to McMahon, she publicly thanked Lee for tweeting her:
Thank you @WWEAJLee, I appreciate your opinion. #UseYourVoice — Stephanie McMahon (@StephMcMahon) February 25, 2015
Another hashtag, #GiveDivasAChance also trended following a 30 second Divas tag match on Monday Night Raw. This time it was Vince who took to Twitter to say they were listening.
We hear you. Keep watching. #GiveDivasAChance — Vince McMahon (@VinceMcMahon) February 25, 2015
Lee certainly showed guts to tweet McMahon in such fashion.
