One of the biggest crazes in NFL could be making a return.
Way back in 2011, Tebowing was the latest thing from the NFL. Denver Bronco's then back-up quarterback Tim Tebow knelt down in an act of prayer after Tebow lead the Broncos to a fantastic comeback victory over the Miami Dolphins that October. Thanks to Tebow's form and knack of being able to drag the Broncos back in several comeback wins, they made their way to the playoffs.
Things didn't go very well for Tebow after that, when he was traded to the New York Jets after Denver picked up Peyton Manning. Tebow was back up to Mark Sanchez in a disastrous season for the Jets. The attention on Tebow was too much, and the Jets released him having only thrown eight times that season. That was after the 2012 season. Tebow hasn't played a snap in the NFL regular season since.
That could change now. It's being reported that Tebow has signed a deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Tebow worked out for the Eagles last month, and it appears that Tebow has done enough to earn a contract. It doesn't look like Tebow will be leaned on heavily, and is likely to be 4th choice quarterback behind injury prone Sam Bradford, his former teammate Mark Sanchez and Matt Barkley.
It's worth noting that Eagles head coach Chip Kelly is known as an offensive maverick. The system he uses is thought to be very quarterback friendly. This could mean that Tebow could flourish at the Eagles despite his weaknesses as a thrower. If things work out then Tebowmania could be back and bigger than ever.
