(Yes, we know it's not really Conor McGregor's division but you try telling him that)
An old foe of Conor McGregor is the big mover in the latest UFC rankings following Fight Night 60 in Broomfield. Max Holloway, whom McGregor defeated on his second UFC appearance, had a comprehensive win over Cole Miller in Colorado on Saturday night.
It was against Holloway that McGregor tore his ACL, forcing him out for the best part of a year, but since that defeat the American fighter has well and truly picked himself up and dusted himself off with five wins on the bounce to bring him back into contention in the Featherweight division.
That record has been reflected in the latest UFC rankings as he's leapfrogged another McGregor opponent in Dennis Siver as well as Clay Guida and Jeremy Stephens.
Featherweight rankings:
Elsewhere in the rankings SBG fight Gunnar Nelson has been penalised for his lack of action since his surprise defeat to Rick Story in October. Nelson is down to 15 in the Welterweight division.
