MotoGP rider Romano Fenati has been heavily criticised for attempting to grab an opponent's brakes during today's San Marino GP.

The Italian leaned over and pressed the brakes on Stefano Manzi's bike, with both riders travelling at a speed of around 125mph.

Manzi seemed to briefly lose balance after the incident. However, he quickly managed to regain his composure.

It is believed this was a response to an incident between the pair earlier in the race, when Manzi attempted an overtake, clipping Fenati's bike in the process. Both veered off the track, tumbling down the leaderboard as a result.

Understandably, Fenati has been condemned for his actions, with many calling for him to be banned.

Fenati has a history of questionable actions in the sport, and this adds to his list of misdemeanours. Expect to see the authorities come down heavy in response to this.
