Nate Diaz Sends The MMA World Into Panic With Cryptic Message To The UFC

One of the side effects of following the fight career of Conor McGregor is that it's not uncommon for this scheduled UFC bouts to fall apart at the last minutes.

In his UFC career alone bout agreements have been signed with opponents like Andy Ogle, Cole Miller and Rafael Dos Anjos and none of those have happened owing to injuries sustained by his opponents.

That can't happen with Nate Diaz though, right?

The Stockton native is one of those fighters who, short of having an arm amputated, will always show up on fight day. In fact, his lob-sided loss to Rafael Dos Anjos in December 2014 was - according to his camp at least - the result of sustaining an injury in training that would have led to 99% of the UFC roster to withdraw from the fight.

So while it's quite unlikely that Diaz would ever pull out of a fight due to injury, it would be perhaps less of a surprise if the UFC 202 bout came into question as a result of an argument with the UFC brass - and that's exactly what appears to have happened.

Both Diaz brothers have had a fractious relationship with the UFC management over the years and, at the very least, it appears that something has come up again. We just hope that this has no impact on the main event of UFC 202.

Quite predictably, Twitter is currently ablaze with speculation as to what Diaz means with his message. We will bring you an update as to what this might mean as soon as we hear.
