Tea is a massive deal in Ireland, but you already knew that.
Those who may not have known just how serious tea is to the Irish are likely to be among the 2.3 million subscribers to the UFC on YouTube, and if they didn't know, now they do thanks to Paddy Holohan, who made it very clear during a short video on his preparation for UFC Fight Night 76, which takes place in the 3 Arena on Saturday.
Paddy's system of water first is bound to upset a few, but we imagine nobody is going to argue with him:
You miss one of them, you could lose an arm!
Paddy takes on Louis Smolka, who is coming off the back of a win over Dubliner Neil Seery at UFC 189, on Saturday and will be looking to continue climbling the ladder in the flyweight division.
