After Joe Rogan restructured his deal with the UFC to allow him less obligation when it came to international UFC events, as well as fight nights that he just didn't fancy, we've been treated to a lot more of the hugely popular 'Fight Companion'.
For those unaware, Rogan, along with his good friend Eddie Bravo and fellow podcasters Brendan Schaub and Bryan Callen (who was absent for UFC 204), get together, have a few drinks, and watch the fights while talking about anything that takes their fancy in between.
And it's awesome.
However, while watching UFC 204 and Michael Bisping's war with Dan Henderson, a criminal geographical error was made where Ireland was labelled as a part of the UK. Now, we know, we know, that trope is getting old, but especially after Conor McGregor grilled Dana White on the difference, we expected more from Joe Rogan.
We're not angry, we're just disappointed.
He sounded like he was about to correct himself, but then became distracted by a nice knee to the body. A shame. He even put on a British accent when claiming that people would complain about it...
Rogan would also give his breakdown of the upcoming main event for UFC 205 between Conor McGregor and Eddie Alvarez, which thankfully was a lot better than his knowledge of the United Kingdom.
Are people really sleeping on Eddie Alvarez? We were under the assumption that most thought this was going to be a very interesting fight.
Still, Rogan & Co. are very excited for this one and that's good to see.
