There's big news regarding The Ultimate Fighter and Conor McGregor v Jose Aldo as TUF 22 Finale will take place the night before UFC 194.
This season of The Ultimate Fighter see's Conor McGregor coaching Team Europe to take on Uriah Faber's Team U.S.A. The winner of the lightweight contest will be crowned at an undecided venue in Las Vegas on December 11th, the night prior to McGregor and Aldo's undisputed Featherweight title fight in the MGM Grand.
Two fights have already been announced for the card, as Joe Lauzon and Evan Dunham clash at Lightweight, as well as a Welterweight contest between Ryan LaFlare and Mike Pierce. The main event is yet to announced.
It's unlikely McGregor will be in attendance should a European fighter reach the final, but he will be represented by members of his coaching team.
The Ultimate Fighter season 22 begins on September 9th .
