News broke on Tuesday night that a familiar face to UFC fans would not longer be working with the promotion.
Cutman Jacob 'Stitch' Duran was fired by the UFC over an interview which he gave regarding the organisation's deal with Reebok.
That deal meant a loss in income for Duran as he could no longer carry sponsors on his clothing during fighters.
Speaking to MMAFighting.com, Duran said the thing that really annoyed him was that Dana White did not call him personally to impart the news and that this 'showed him the kind of characters that he was dealing with'.
That's another thing that pisses me off, that he didn't have the balls to call me directly. He had some other guys call me.
It's not like I'm going to lack any type of work. It's just that I really enjoyed working with the fighters and the people in the UFC. To get a nut shot by Dana in him not calling me and having the balls to call me, it just showed me the kind of characters that I was dealing with.
