If you watched the 2nd episode of UFC 190 Embedded, then you probably caught an absolutely fantastic quote from arguably the most dominant athlete in the World, Ronda Rousey.
Rousey is preparing to take on Bethe Correia and looks set to enter the bout as the biggest favourite in UFC history according to current betting odds, and there's good reason. While Rousey has been utterly devastating in dispatching her challengers in the Octagon, Correia's three wins in the UFC came against opponents who have a combined record of 1-7.
At the end of the latest embedded, Rousey revealed a term she invented called a "do nothin' bitch", and proceeded to explain what that is and why she will never be one, and it was truly inspiring:
Being put in the position of being a role model, I don't think I'm infallible enough for that.
I have this one term, for the kind of woman that my mother raised me to not be, I call it a "Do Nothin' Bitch", or a "DNB". A chick that just tries to be pretty, and be taken care of by somebody else.
That's why I think it's hilarious if someone says my body looks masculine or something, I'm like; Listen, just because my body was developed for something other than fucking millionaires, doesn't mean it's masculine. I think it's femininely badass as fuck because there's not a single muscle on body that isn't for a purpose because I'm not a do nothin' bitch.
It's not very eloquently said but it's to the point, and maybe that's what I am, I'm not that eloquent but I'm to the point.
Powerful words from the World's most dangerous woman. We feel for Bethe Correia, we really do.
You can watch Ronda say the above at 6:10 in the latest episode of Embedded:
