"Unfortunately, you can't talk like that on Fox" Joe Rogan told Nate Diaz in his post-fight interview after defeating Michael Johnson at UFC Fight Night Orlando.
Diaz had just called out Conor McGregor, telling the Irishman - with unrestrained use of expletives - that with his immediate lightweight title shot he was 'taking everything that he had worked for'.
Diaz informed McGregor that he was the 'real money fight', not the other 'clowns'.
Fuck that.
Conor McGregor, you're taking everything I work for motherfucker. I'm gonna fight your fuckin' ass.
You know what's the real fight and what's the real money fight is; that's me, not these clowns you already punked at the press conference.
Don't know one want to see that, you know you beat them already.
That's the easy fight. You want that real shit, right here.
McGregor vs Diaz would certainly be a fun fight, but with a title fight on offer against Rafael dos Anjos - who last night defended his belt with a first round KO of Cowboy Cerrone - it would make little sense for the Dubliner to take on the 30-year-old.
