Jorge Masvidal and Ben Askren's welterweight bout at UFC 239 on Saturday night lasted just five seconds.
Masvidal hit Askren with a flying knee to begin the fight. It knocked his fellow American out with the referee stepping in immediately to stop the fight. The moment goes down as the fastest KO in UFC history.

There had been bad blood between the two going into the fight.
"I don't want to say nothing about Ben so don't ask none," Masvidal told Joe Rogan after the fight.
"My mother told me if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it."

Asked why he had come straight out with the flying knee, Masvidal responded: "Because he's a bum. That dude was talking wild. I had to show him that there's consequences sometimes.
"You should have kept your mouth shut. I probably would have beat you up in the second round. You guys are welcome for ending that dude."
According to MMA Junkie, Askren passed his post-fight medical tests.
