Despite having her return to the Octagon given the full hype-train in the build up to UFC 207, Ronda Rousey was humbled by Amanda Nunes inside the first minute of the first round of the main event at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Having seen Holly Holm pick the former bantamweight champion apart in the standup over a year ago, some had hoped that the time off would have given Rousey time to work on her striking, but she was no match for Nunes as the Brazilian was allowed to punch her repeatedly in the face until Herb Dean had seen enough.
In the aftermath of the fight, while we wait to hear from Ronda, we can hear exactly what went through the mind of her coach Edmond Tarverdyan as he watched events unfold.
Make her miss, miss, miss!
Ronda, make her miss!
Be patient. Pick your moments

Move... move! Fuck!
The desperation as he realises that Ronda either can't hear him, or isn't listening. Amanda Nunes rushing over and giving the 'Shhhh' to Edmond, ruthless!
Ronda's striking and overall coaching came into question after her loss to Holly Holm and those questions will again rear their head now if Rousey is going to fight in the UFC once more. In Edmond's defence, he wanted her to move her head.
