We are now just hours away from what is easily one of the most anticipated mixed martial arts bouts of the year when Conor McGregor attempts to get a measure of revenge against Nate Diaz, the man who choked him into submission last March.
It is the same cast of characters this time around, though their motivations have changed greatly. Recognising the mistakes that he made in preparation last time around, the Dubliner has re-doubled his efforts and, for the first time, specifically trained with an opponent - Diaz - in mind.
The Californian, too, is clearly more prepared this time around now that he has been afforded the opportunity to have a full training camp to prepare for McGregor, instead of the truncated 10 day fight camp he had last time around.
On the second episode of the Balls.ie MMA Show, your hosts Mikey Traynor and John Balfe are joined by fight analyst Robin Black, former professional fighter and head coach at SBG Tallaght Paddy Holohan and our man in Las Vegas, SevereMMA.com's Andrew McGahon to go through everything you need to know ahead of the clash between McGregor and Diaz.
