Putting an end to any fears that he would have trouble reaching the desired 155 lbs, the Khabib weigh-in has gone off without any notable hitch.
Opting to record his weight at the opening of the scales at 9:00am local time, the 26-0 fighter can now rest at ease that the hard work of cutting weight has been completed.
Turning up an estimated half-an-hour before the scales officially opened, Khabib loitered around the arena waiting for his chance to record to complete the weigh-in protocol.

Hooded and wearing sunglasses, Khabib was heavily guarded by his surrounding entourage. Although it was difficult to ascertain much behind his shrouded appearance, the physical demands to reach the desired weight had perhaps taken less of a physical toll on Khabib once he stepped out on the scales.
At 9.01am, Khabib Nurmagomedov weighs in at 155 lbs.

The apparent success of the Khabib weigh-in does put to bed what has been an occasional issue for the MMA star. Previously enduring complications making weight, Khabib left yesterday's press conference before the arrival of Conor McGregor; who had admittedly arrived a little late himself.
Announcing that he still "had to make weight," many will be left wondering whether the the rapid loss of weight in a short space of time will negatively effect Nurmagomedov in his attempts to beat McGregor and retain his unbeaten run.
It is as yet uncertain what time the Conor McGregor weigh-in will commence. With a huge number of journalists on the ground in Las Vegas already gathered in lieu of the early Khabib weigh-in, many will be hopeful it is sooner rather than later.
Khabib and McGregor are scheduled to meet once again before the fight at tonight's ceremonial weigh-in, where many are suspecting fireworks between the Irish fighter and his highly-regarded opponent.
