The hype is steadily building for UFC 189 and one of the most anticipated fights in the history of the UFC.
Dana White is expecting a record gate for the event at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on July 11, and both men are currently well into their preparation as we edge close and closer to the big event.
Conor McGregor has been residing in the "McMansion" in Las Vegas for weeks, and similarly Jose Aldo has been going through his training camp in Brazil, and today we have been given a look at the man that is tasked with replicating Conor McGregor's style to help Aldo train.
The man is Jonas "Speed" Bilharinho, and he's done a decent job of mimicking The Notorious' style:
The purpose of this is to get Jose Aldo comfortable from standing opposite such an unorthodox style, and Jonas has clearly been studying Conor's tendencies, but as Conor will tell you "Dey don't move like I move, dey don't think like I think".
McGregor doesn't train in this fashion, he has made it well known that he doesn't tailor his fighting to a particular opponent. So this video represents another interesting difference between these two fighters before they attempt to decapitate each other next month.
