'Like some sort of Celtic warrior that has been resurrected from the grave.'
'A completely different kind of human being.'
'There literally has never been a guy like him before.'
We could keep going but you get the point, when you need someone to voice a hype video, you get Joe Rogan and it really helps when you know that Rogan really believes what he's saying when it comes to McGregor.
The UFC have enlisted him for an episode of 'Rogan Riffs' ahead of UFC 196 and he certainly didn't disappoint with the hype. He's never been one to pour cold water on the McGregor freight train but even at that, Rogan was hitting dangerous levels of expectation.
If you're a McGregor fan, you're going to love it and if you're counting down the days until he hits the canvas, it'll only fuel your desire to see it all come crumbling down.
Conor McGregor is a unique, special individual and when I watch that guy fight I’m so happy that I’m there, I’m so happy that I get to call those fights. I’m happy that I get to be there when all this is going down because I really feel like he is a huge part of combat sports history.
I think when all is said and done, and we look back on this 20 or 30 years from now, the Conor McGregor era will be something truly special. Truly unique and he just makes things a lot of fun.
After watching this, we're almost worried for Joe if the worst comes to the worst and Nate Diaz upsets the odds on Saturday night.
