Ireland's favourite Icelandic MMA fighter celebrated his 27th birthday a couple of weeks ago and he received quite the present from Conor McGregor and UFC boss Dana White.
Gunnar Nelson has a career record of 14-1-1 and recently bounced back from a first career loss by split-decision to Rick Story in October when he submitting Brandon Thatch in the opening round of his fight at UFC 189, on the same card as team mate Conor McGregor.
'Gunni' as he is affectionately known, trains at John Kavanagh's SBG, and the 11-ranked welterweight was rewarded for his 5-1 UFC record with a shiney new Harley Davidson, courtesy of White and McGregor.

Nelson is characterised by his coolness and the lack of emotion he expresses in the octagon and it's a great achievement that he's even smiling in the photo, just about.
