A steamer who was granted early access to the beta of EA Sports upcoming MMA game 'UFC 2' has given us a glimpse of the early ratings given to fighters for testing, and while nothing is final in terms of any ratings or stats, a lot of people are very upset with what they have seen.
Yes, it's only a game, but MMA fans who plan on buying 'UFC 2' did not expect to see CM Punk, a fighter with a record of 0-0 in MMA, have an overall rating of 85, and extremely well rounded stats.

Even worse is that his 'submission' rating is better than UFC legend BJ Penn. Again, it's only a video game.. But are the stats in the beta really going to be that different in the final version?
Keep in mind that Mike Tyson will be a playable character in this game, and will no doubt have at least a decent ground game in order to not be instantly defeated. Nevertheless, there's been some backlash to the screen shot that emerged, starting with UFC commentator Joe Rogan:
If true, that is a crime against humanity. https://t.co/JFO7tQ3JG3

@jnsanchez Shouldn't they all be question marks?

We're still eagerly anticipating the game of course, but the UFC were always going to include CM Punk due to his marketability which was always going to cause a stir considering we are still waiting to see his first MMA fight.
