Well this is deja vu.
According to Brazilain MMA correspondent Ana Hissa, Rafael dos Anjos has a broken foot. If true, this would obviously rule him out for his title fight with Conor McGregor in 11 days' time.
Sadly true https://t.co/ClllshElrt

According to journalist Fabiana Mello and confirmed with other sources, rda broke his foot. https://t.co/ClllshmKzV

To add credibility to the story, Hissa was first to break news of Jose Aldo's rib injury ahead of UFC 189 back in July.
The news has also been corroborated by Ariel Helwani of MMA Fighting.
Déjà vu all over again for @TheNotoriousMMA. This would be the fourth time in 8 UFC fights that he’s had to adjust to a change in opponent.

This was John Kavanagh's reaction.

This is an incredibly similar situation to the Aldo fight last summer. The then featherweight champion pulled out just 12 days before the event meaning Chad Mendes stepped in to fight McGregor for the interim featherweight title.
We now wait to find out if there will be a replacement for Dos Anjos.
