Last weekend we shared a video of former UFC bantamweight champ and current #1 contender Dominick Cruz teaching TJ Dillashaw a lesson in the art of a verbal beatdown, when he appeared on 'Counter Punch' and made his opponent look silly ahead of their bout on January 17.
Also featured in that post was a clip of Cruz's fascinating breakdown of Conor McGregor vs Jose Aldo, weeks before it happened, which prompted many of our readers to proclaim how much they enjoyed hearing 'The Dominator' discuss MMA. It's easy to understand why, as Cruz talks with a passion yet has a rare ability to calmly get his point across with great effect, so with that in mind we wanted to share a very interesting breakdown of his footwork, which features an audio interview with the man himself.
