Conor McGregor is reportedly being sued by fellow UFC fighter Michael Chiesa.
According to TMZ Sports, Michael Chiesa has filed a lawsuit against the 29-year-old.
Chiesa was one of several people on a bus back in April when McGregor threw a steel dolly through its window.
McGregor was subsequently charged regarding the incident and in July agreed a plea deal in a New York court. The Dubliner had all felony charges dismissed but was sentenced to five days community service.
The 30-year-old Chiesa is said to be taking action against McGregor for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Chiesa suffered cuts during the incident and according to TMZ is also claiming that he sustained "severe emotional distress, mental trauma and/or bodily harm".
The incident occurred at the Barclays Center in New York at a media event for UFC 223 where Chiesa was scheduled to fight Anthony Pettis. He is also suing the venue for failure "to engage in proper security measures to protect the plaintiff and other patrons".
McGregor is due to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov for the UFC lightweight title on October 6th in Las Vegas.
